Last Weekend was a blast! I got to attend KAPE CON 2025, where different cafés came together to celebrate, promote and share the love for coffee and its culture. From booths showcasing unique brews and creative flavors to live demos of brewing techniques. It was indeed a caffeine-filled paradise!

If you’re looking for a new spot to sip coffee in Ortigas, work quietly, or simply hang out with friends, Odd Café is worth checking out. True to its name, it’s a little quirky, slightly hidden, and definitely not your typical coffee shop. The minimalist design and cozy ambiance create a calm, relaxing vibe that makes you want to stay for a long time.

I’ve tried many posh-looking cafés where the aesthetics overshadow the actual coffee quality. Café 32nd Street is a refreshing exception. While it has the upscale vibe, they’ve managed to deliver excellent coffee that stands as the true highlight.

The moment I stepped inside, it was exactly as the TikTok video showed—warm yellow lights, brick-patterned wallpaper, and vinyl records displayed everywhere. The atmosphere transported me straight to the American 70s and 80s. At one point, I even felt like I was in an old country setup.
