Who would have thought that a mother of two from Cavite and a cheerful, happy-go-lucky guy from Pasig would become such close friends at work? Maybe it’s because we share the same interests, the same sense of humor, and similar values. Whatever the reason, our friendship is proof that genuine connections can form in the most unexpected ways.

I first noticed Sarah during our online assessment and examination when we were applying for the job. At first glance, she seemed like a stern, no-nonsense mother who rarely smiled. She ensures she is present at every milestone in their lives. Though she may not be a conventional 'Nanay' who cooks daily meals, she makes sure her family is well-fed. And while she doesn’t dress like the stereotypical mother, she takes pride in keeping her family well-presented and respected.
