"My Letter To Heaven"

Dear Lord, We praise Your Name. We glorify You. You are a God whose mercy and grace are endless. You are a God that is unshakable. who is beyond time and space. We choose not to be overcome by fear and despair for You are already in our future. Lord, we know that You hold us in Your Mighty Hands as we face these challenges in our midst. Lord, we are here right now, as one nation. Surrendering to Your Magnificence and Holiness. We are here to just lay down our barriers and our arms as we kneel down to ask for Your forgiveness. We have done so many things in our lives that we forget You. We are blinded by our selfish desires, pride and all the material things in this world that we lose sight of Your presence. We became complacent with our relationship with You just because we are satisfied and comfortable with the things that we have. Despite all the things that we've done against You. Still, You never give up on us. You remain to be with us even though we ran away from You. Still, You chase us. You look for us. You hope that one day we will have once again that strong relationship that is base on Your perfect love. And with this, we want to thank You, dear Lord, for all the blessings, opportunities and resources that You continue to pour out on us especially in these difficult times. Father in Heaven, as we face this unseen enemy, we pray that You still bless us and open Your heart on us. We pray for healing, protection and guidance as we go through this storm. Lord, we pray for all the people who are in the hospital right now fighting for their lives. I pray Lord that You just allow them to feel Your embrace as You heal them from the top of their head down to the soles of their feet. We pray for all the doctors, nurses and the frontliners who risk their lives just to help us with our needs. We pray that You may continue to protect them and their families. We also lift up to You dear Lord all of our people who have gone before us. We pray for the peace of their souls, as they reach Paradise and finally see you face to face. Allow them, Lord, to experience Your eternal companionship in a place where there will be no more sickness, fears, sadness but an everlasting love in Your presence. And finally Lord, we pray for every one of us not just in the Philippines but together with the whole world who are still in the middle of fighting this virus. We pray that everyone will cooperate and do their best to be healthy and well. We know Lord that in this trying times, it is easier to be afraid than to trust. But at this moment, we ask for strength as we lean towards You. Instead of panic and fear, we choose to be calm and be brave. Instead of spreading lies, we choose to be bearers of truth. In this darkness, we choose to be a reflection of light that comes from You. We want to show to others that THERE IS STILL HOPE! We will overcome this because we know that we have a God who already overcome the world. WE CONTINUE TO HAVE FAITH IN YOU. WE CONTINUE TO HOPE WE CONTINUE TO LOVE.
